365.tours brings together a wide range of independent partners who offer various activities in Croatia, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta.
Enter your desired location into the search bar on our platform and select the activity that interests you. All our partners and their activities near the entered location will be displayed (a map view is also available). After choosing an activity, you will be able to view available dates and book the one that suits you best.
Once you book the desired activity with one of our partners, you will receive all the necessary details, including the location address and map directions.
You can, but you may need to use a different payment method, and 365.tours will not be able to provide support in case of any questions or difficulties. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that the activity organizer will be able to provide the service without a prior reservation.
On the 365.tours platform, it is only possible to pay by credit or debit cards and other online payment methods (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Giropay, EPS, etc.).
You can easily cancel your reservation and request a refund in accordance with the cancellation policy for the specific activity. Be sure to check the cancellation terms of the activity you booked, as refunds will not be possible after the deadline stated in cancellation policy terms. You can also change the date and time of the activity start, if you actually wanted to book a different date and time.
When selecting the date/time for an activity, the system will display all available dates. Dates that are not available will not be selectable, and you will not be able to book a date that is not offered for selection. If you want to change a date you have already booked and paid for, you can change the date and time (Reschedule option) in your order and select a new one for your booked activity.
In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, the organizer will inform you and offer an alternative date for your activity. If the new date doesn't suit you, you can cancel the reservation and receive a full refund.
After booking an activity, you will receive the organizer's contact information, allowing you to reach out directly for any additional arrangements regarding the activity. The organizer's contact information is not available without a prior reservation. To ensure the best possible experience and security for all our users, all your contact information, as well as our partners' details, remain confidential, and communication and bookings are handled exclusively through our platform.
The booking price does not include any type of insurance. As a customer, you are responsible for adequate insurance coverage. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially if you are booking an activity that involves outdoor or high-risk activities. Activity organizers are independent contractors, not agents or employees of 365.tours. We are not responsible for the actions, errors, omissions, statements, warranties, breaches, negligence, or misconduct of any organizer, nor for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses arising from or otherwise related to any booking or activity.
